Help Disabled Man Gain Mobility with Wheelchair

I'm a disabled man who currently owns a cane and a rollator in order to navigate my town. However, as my disabilities progress, I am struggling to walk using my current mobility aids. I do not have the money to afford a wheelchair consultation, and getting one customized through insurance is too big of a hassle. I found a wheelchair online that will (hopefully) work for me, and with anti-tippers, the cost is almost $730. This doesn't factor in tax or shipping fees.

I am unemployed due to my disability and can't find proper work no matter how hard I try, and navigating to do something as simple as cook in my own kitchen is proving painful and stressful. I would appreciate assistance in getting my first wheelchair, so I can hopefully try to live life as normal.
