We are the Afana family ( 9 members)from Gaza-Palestine. Calling you for After October 7th, our lives turned upside-down. We were displaced 15 times from the northern part of Gaza to the central part and then to the southern part. We have escaped death many times and fought to keep living. On our first day in a UN shelter school, we tried to build a tent and make a fire to cook food. That same day, we were forced to flee again, terrified as bombs exploded overhead. Our home, filled with dreams and memories, was demolished.
***Now we need urgent survival assistance: As war is about to be one year and the family saving finished while ago and with the ongoing conditions:
1- 3000$ (Hanin is suffering from pre-diabetes (1 type) and also several infection that made her face swollen, and it keep spreading in her body. She needs every single day medication and now in need of physical therapy treatment to enable her to recover and walk again)this because the war) per month ( 200$ medicine and medical supplies) ( 200$) for physical treatment) (100$) for fresh food that contains zero manufactured sugar.
2- 7000$( The mother got heart attack during the war, jaw line was destroyed completely, eyes sight is very unclear for her. urgent help in paying for medication and access to food and accommodation)
3-5000$ (The two brothers need access to life necessity ( food- clean water- shelter -internet access to be connected with the rest of the family) Everything becomes very expensive in the North to the lack of food.
