Help Division 3 Hockey at IU get to Nationals
Donation protected
For the first time in program history, Division 3 Hockey at Indiana University has qualified for the ACHA Division 3 National Championships! Ending the year ranked 14th in the nation, the Hooeys will be traveling to Marlborough, Massachusetts to compete for our first national championship.
We will be traveling to Marlborough, MA on March 14th, playing three pool play games vs. other nationally ranked programs. If we advance past the seeding round, they will resume play in the semifinals on Monday, March 20th – the ACHA Men’s D3 Championship game will take place on Tuesday, March 21st at 1 PM EST.
The team has created this page to support their week-long trip to the National Championship Tournament. This has been the most successful season in Division 3 Hockey at Indiana University’s history; even more impressive, the team is entirely paid for and run by the students. We do not receive any financial support from the university. Leaders of the team devote countless hours to ensure that our team is ran smoothly. But most importantly, our players receive a world-class education while continuing to play the game we love.
As eager as we are to make our trip to Boston, we are asking for any donations you can give – this will assist us in financing our team bus, hotel, meal, and equipment expenses that we incur throughout our week-long stay. We appreciate your support in our most memorable experience as a team.
On behalf of the players and coaches, we cannot thank you enough!
Go Hooeys!
