Help Dobby Recover from a Tragic Attack

Dobby our 3 month old Frenchie puppy was attacked on a walk at night by an off leash dog. Dobbys eye was gouged out. And hanging on by a thread. We rushed him to the closest er immediately but he lost a lot a blood and almost died multiple times on the car ride. The vet was able to save Dobby but unfortunately his eye was salvageable and had to be removed and eyelid was sewn shut. Our family is in shock and medical bills are still rising.
