Help Don and Colleen (Wall) Schroeder family

My name is Dan. A few of my friends and I were talking about what we could do to help Don and Colleen with the terrible situation they are faced with. Their son was badly injured in a fall while on vacation and will be in the hospital 450 miles away from their home. Here is her story.

I've debated if I should post this or not, but I know we need more prayers & am counting on you to come through for us. I need your help and support more now than ever. On our 2nd day of vacation (last Thursday), Ethan fell down a hill of rocks. He hit his head multiple times before he collapsed onto the ground. We are at Hennepin Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has brain damage, his skull is fractured in 4 spots, he severely damaged the ligaments that connect your head and neck so he's in a halo. He has some bleeding on the brain & swelling. He has a tube in his brain to help relieve pressure and get rid of excess fluid. He is sedated and will continue to be for awhile. We are probably looking at at least a month here plus a long rehab closer to home when the time comes. We are extremely overwhelmed so we ask that you pray & not flood us with questions. It is also extremely difficult to talk on the phone without breaking down so again please just pray for us, all of us (Ethan, our family & loved ones etc..). PRAY, PRAY, PRAY!!!!
