Help Donald Fight Leukemia
Donation protected
Hi, our brother, Donald, was recently diagnosed with Acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It starts in the bone marrow (the soft inner part of certain bones, where new blood cells are made), but most often it quickly moves into the blood. It can sometimes spread to other parts of the body including; the lymph nodes, liver, spleen, and central nervous system (brain and spinal cord).
Our brother is a single father to 3 young children and he is currently receiving intensive chemotherapy treatment at Robert Wood Johnson enabling him to care for them. With this treatment, he is looking at a minimum of a 28 day stay in the hospital, followed by more treatments, doctor visits, and more.
This is a very difficult time for Donald, his children and our family. These funds will be used specifically for doctors visits and treatments not covered by insurance as well as supporting him and his family through this difficult time. All donations are considered a gift and the donor will not receive a charitable deduction or service for their donation. Thank you for your support and generosity.
