Help donate for the funeral of Liam Vasquez

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beautiful boy Liam Vasquez. Liam gained his angel wings on December 15, 2023 at 2:14pm.

Liam was truly special and a light for not only his parents but for everyone around him. He was the happiest and the silliest kid. He walked this earth with the biggest smile on his sweet face. Liam only knew how to love and he loved with every ounce of his little body. He was truly loved and cared for by everyone around him.

On December 7th, 2023 Liam was rushed to Valley Children’s emergency center after suffering a seizure at home. His parents were told he caught influenza type A which rapidly spread to his brain within 24 hours causing acute necrotizing encephalopathy in children. Liam fought hard to stay with us but in the end his little body could no longer fight. He would have turned two years old in February of 2024.

Liam leaves behind his mother Casey Phatame-Praseudsuk, his father Steve Vasquez, his older sister Emma and older brother Emmett.

He also leaves behind his grandparents, uncles and aunties, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.

With Liam being so young his parents didn’t prepare for his passing. Never in a million years did they think their baby would be taken away from them. We are asking for donations so we can give Liam a beautiful funeral service and send him off to Heaven. Liam’s parents are absolutely devastated. He was their whole world and their shining light. Please help us be there for them in the hardest time in their lives. No parent should ever have to bury their child. Your donations will help us take the financial burden off their shoulders so that they can mourn their sweet baby boy.
