Help Donna Find a Home

Hi all. This is my Aunt Donna. We lost our home to a bank back in April of 2018. She had been staying at a homeless shelter since. Due to her already-not-so-great health she'd been hospitalized twice since becoming homeless. She is diabetic and has herniated discs in her back. She walks with a cane/rollator and recently found out her kidneys are failing( end stage renal July 2018) and has to now go on dialysis, so she is unable to work. Right now she is in a rehab facility with onsite dialysis which is good, but she has a finite number of days her insurance will cover. Thinking  long term we need to get her into a situation where she has a stable home and can live independently.
