Help Donna heat her home with a new furnace

As temps dropped below zero, I've come to learn that my mother, Donna, is without heat due to a broken furnace. The blower needs to be repaired or a new furnace needs to be installed.
Donna is a senior citizen with several disabilities, blindness and kidney disease being the worst of her illnesses. Donna lives with my sister, Stacy, who helps my Mom with daily care, cooks for her, and arranges Mom's medical care. My sister is also full-time employed and is a part-time student. Normally, my sister and I are able to fund such needed upkeep on my Mother's house, but in the time of COVID we are strapped financially and cannot assist my mother at this time. We do not have the means to fully cover this cost and require assistance with getting a new furnace replacement for Mom. The furnace is over 15 years old and fixing the blower would be sufficient, but ultimately it will need to be replaced in the near future.
Estimates to replace the furnace is currently $8500 to 10,000. The repairs need to be done immediately as the temperatures continue to remain in the below zero category. My mother and sister are keeping warm currently by using electric heaters and blankets.
My sister and I really hate to ask for this assistance as we are both capable adults who always get things done, but this is one task we can not carry on our own. We greatly appreciate any financial assistance you can provide and if you are unable to provide please pass along this campaign to your social media contacts. Also, if you have any contacts who could possibly get this work completed at a reduced rate or programs that may assist, we'd greatly appreciate the information.

P.S. Any left over funds will be used for further upkeep of the house. There is work that needs to be done on the patio as the support beams are beginning to buckle. A roof is going to be needed in the future as well.
