Help Donna receive shoulder surgery

Hi everyone, I am raising money for my coworker, Donna. Donna needs the money for her copayment to have shoulder surgery. She isn't able to move or use her shoulder and arm due to the pain. She has other health issues and recently lost her father; her finances are tight because she is still paying towards her father's funeral.

Everyone needs the help of others at some point and I would greatly appreciate any help you can give and I know Donna would appreciate it more.
