Help Dorene and Terry in Their Fight Against Cancer

My name is Mary Ann and I'm helping to raise funds for my friend, Dorene Cloffey and her husband, Terry. They've had to spend all of their savings on cancer specialists recently and they truly need help. I honestly can't think of people more deserving, as they would give you the shirt off their back, even if it's all they had.

In November of 2022, Dorene went to the hospital with a bad cough and was diagnosed with stage three lung cancer. After going through chemo and radiation for a year, the doctor gave her the all clear. Six months later, cancer recurred on the side of her neck (thyroid) and Dorene went through chemo and radiation again. The all clear was once again given but six months later, she started having headaches and trouble with stability while standing. Terry took her to a specialist in Atlanta and after testing, it was found that Dorene has cancer in her brain. On August 23rd, Dorene is scheduled for a craniotomy, where they will place an implant inside to fight the cancer.

Dorene and Terry are not the type that want to accept help - they are accustomed to helping others. They are not happy about this Go Fund Me, but they really do need help.
