Help Dorian's littlest victims get back to school!
The tiny Bahamian island of Elbow Cay- home to the charming settlement of Hope Town, was ravaged by Hurricane Dorian last week. Many fundraisers have been established with relief and aid going to medical supplies, building supplies and logistics (barges and heavy machinery don't come cheap!) There is A LOT that needs to be done and the team still on island is dedicated, motivated and inspired!
But in the midst of these fervent rescue and rebuilding efforts are the children of Hope Town, who have just endured a trauma that no child should have to experience. They have done it with courage, kindness and patient acceptance of their new normal (no power, limited resources). We honor their strength and want to show them that they will not be forgotten children, they deserve bright futures.
Thank you for your kind heart.
