Help Dorje win Gold for GB - Powerlifting Worlds 2024 Malta

My name is Dorje Weston and I am thrilled to share that I have been chosen again to represent Great Britain in the

World Classic & Equipped Sub-Junior & Junior Powerlifting Championships.

This major event is taking place this year in Malta between the 28th Aug and 8th Sept 2024.

Following that, there will be the European Championships in the Czech Republic in October

It is a huge honor to be selected, however to get to this self-funded event, I need your support. The funds I raise will go towards covering my registration fees, uniforms, hotel accommodations, and flight expenses.

To qualify I recently competed in the UK National competion coming first and breaking three Great British records. I train daily with my coach and also work a part time job as well as study for my A levels.

I have seen first hand the positive impact this sport can have on young people's physical and mental health, and would love to have the opportunity to inspire others.

Representing my country is a privilege I take very seriously and i am determined to do my best to win big and bring home medals for team GB!
