Help Douglas Rebuild His Non-Profit for Greater Impact

Hello, my name is Douglas Schropp. Not too long after Covid started, I opened my own non profit to spread a little sunshine around my community. We were able to provide thousands of meals to the homeless and food insecure people through out the Bay Area. Huge Thanks to our beautiful community for the donations. I took a step back from the non profit and since then have created a new plan to keep doing the work that I love to do. I am reaching out to the community to help me keep doing this work. I have a really amazing opportunity to build this into something much larger this time. However, I must become a legal non profit again, before seeking government grants. These donations will cover my legal fees for the state, as well as 1 event set to feed 300 homeless.
