I'm Dr. Ahmed Al-Dahdooh & my wife Dr. Besan (Dentist).

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery from Palestine University.

You may know the famous journalist nicknamed (Mountain of Gaza) Wael Al-Dahdouh, who is one of my cousins.

We dreamed of being an active member of society as we have great ambitions and we started with them.

But life turned dark and our house was completely destroyed and our workplace that we owned was destroyed. We lost many family members, relatives, and friends, and they were scattered.

All this happened in just one year as a result of what is happening in Gaza.

- Our house and dental clinic were demolished

During this year, We were working as a volunteer doctor at the Palestinian Red Crescent's Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.

Main Section in Central Gaza.

Where I was working at that time with the medical and ambulance crews in the emergency department treating patients and the wounded, knowing that I am a dentist, but due to the large number of patients, I had to help the doctors in the department.

Until the hospital stopped providing its services due to the power outage and the depletion of medical supplies.

Then I & my wife were forced to leave central Gaza to southern Gaza.

We had nothing at that time except the clothes we were wearing. I lost everything. We moved from one area to another because of fear and terror, the lack of shelter for us, and the coming danger. We are homeless and unemployed.

We suffer to obtain our daily sustenance and suffer from polluted water that is not suitable for drinking, cold and rain, and we live in tents that do not protect us from the rain.

I have created an account on GoFundMe to get your support in order to restore part of my previous life (work, get a shelter to live in, and complete my education).

I need to travel outside Gaza when the borders open and return to work and complete my education. Please note that leaving Gaza for one person costs between 5000-7000 dollars.

After losing my dental clinic and now having no job, I have no choice but to pursue a master's degree in dentistry, which is one of my dreams that I did not achieve.
