Help Dr Maram to complete her dream

‏ My name is Dr.Maram Alghefari, and I'm from G@za(Palestine). I'm writing this message with a lot of thought and concern. I really need your help to bring my family (my mom, dad, two sisters Ohood ,Noor and two brothers : Majed,Abd Al Rahman) out of the dangerous situation in Gaza. While they find a safe place, I'll stay here to keep helping my community. Your support is very important to keep my family safe and well.

I had a great passion for becoming a doctor, I studied high school and I got 99. 1% attended IUG Medical School and I was distinguished in this field and finished the second year

Suddenly the war began, my life stopped completely, everything was destroyed, my dream, my university, I lost my friends and part of my family no longer has anything to live for.

My life has become very difficult. There is not much food. Diseases have become widespread because of poor hygiene. Since then, I started volunteering at Shohdaa Al Aqusa Hospital. I did not stand there. I set up a medical point in the displacement camp there are approximately 1500 tents . I treat every day, about 300 people and do my best despite limited medical supplies.

‏My brother Abd Al Rahman was enrolled in high school and his dream was to become a doctor and we opened our own clinic.

But now his ambition has become a fantasy. Education in G@za has stopped. He has gone a year of his age, suffered during the war from a Psychological crisis and the development of hepatitis A. I hope not all years go unhelpfully.

In my tireless efforts to help others, I feel hopeless. I feel completely helpless, with a calling echoing deep within me. I urgently and humbly ask for your help to be a ray of hope for my family. The situation my family faces in Gaza is extremely tragic - they are suffering greatly from lack of access to water, food, medicine, and lack of hygiene. The basic necessities of living have become non-existent due to the ongoing war and siege in Gaza. The decision to request their evacuation is painful, but staying has become unbearable. I beg you to help them, not only for the sake of my family but also for the weak hope that still exists in this devastated land.

‎‏It’s been 8months of hell and horror. This genocide has been too long to bear, and our mental health and lives are in constant danger. (It's hard to put into words the daily challenges I face in the clinics over the past 200days or so—I've lost count). We have reached a point where there is no hope left for us here in Gaza where we are unfortunately just waiting for our turn to die and even if there is a ceasefire were happen , the destruction in Gaza is beyond prompt repair.

Being member of the family, I won’t be able to live with myself if something will happen to my family and I didn’t do everything in my power to get them out.

Please help me get them out, I will sincerely appreciate any donation, even small ones that will make a significant difference in alleviating our suffering. $42,000 for the Rafah Crossing permit.

$7,000 x7people: my family (I will, not leave Ga.za just yet).

$500 for the fees of travel and transportation from Gaza to Egypt.

$10,000 will go towards shelter/house rental in Egypt, resettling, buying clothes, urgent healthcare, and other humanitarian needs for a few months up to 1 year.
