Help Dr. Mike Mew Fight the GDC

Once again, the British GDC (General Dental Council) is forcing Dr. Mew to defend his license to practice and his treatment methods. The GDC has been trying to silence Dr. Mew for five years and counting. Although the GDC is a British organization, their actions against John and Mike Mew have had a chilling effect for all doctors who are willing to question the status quo.

The philosophy of airway orthodontics and growth guidance is on trial. The GDC remains entrenched in the debunked (at least by real scientists) mantra that crooked teeth are genetic, thus any treatment aimed at improving a patient's craniofacial structure through expansion and lifestyle changes, like Orthotropics, is inappropriate.

The fallacy that crooked teeth are genetic seems to only be held by the dental community. Debate, dissent, and research have been silenced.
