Dear Tigrayans and supporters of Tigray,
Dr. Tedros Tefera, a surgeon, who fled to Sudan from Tigray has been serving our families in Hamdayet, Sudan, refugee camp since the beginning of the war.
According to CNN and other media, Dr. Tedros has been providing medical care services to thousands of Tigrayans on a daily basis. He also spends hours listening to the victims of the war crimes.
As a nurse, I cannot put a value to all the services that Dr. Tedros is providing to our family members in the refugee camp. In his little clinic at the refugee camp, he is everything. He is a surgeon, a family practitioner, a nurse, a councilor, a psychiatrist, and a translator.
This surgeon is shouldering a large burden. In spite of losing everything he worked for and being separated from his family, he is showing up every day to work and taking care for our families. According to CNN, this man is not paid by anyone.
We cannot pay him enough but we can at least provide him with a few thousands of $ so that he can buy himself some extra shirts and medical instruments and supplies that many need to do his job.
So, please donate.
P.S. @GualJeganu has contact with Dr. Tedros
