Help Dr. Tim fight ALS -Continued Treatment
It comes with a heavy heart that I share this painful news of my dad’s passing. Dr. Tim Lukavsky left this world on December 24, 2021. As many know, he’s had a tough battle with ALS for the past year and a half. I want to share the news with everyone and inform them of my father’s viewing, rosary, and funeral dates.
The Viewing and Rosary will be Friday, January 7, 2022 at 4:30-7 PM. The Rosary will start at 6 PM. The location will be at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery and Funeral Home in Mesa. Address: 1562 E Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204.
The funeral and mass will be Saturday January 8, 2022 at Christ the King Catholic Church starting at 11 AM. This will be followed by a Celebration of Life Luncheon at a location that is yet to be determined. The address for Christ the King is: 1551 E Dana Ave, Mesa, AZ 85204. I will be updating the location for the Celebration of Life as soon as we can.
I understand that my father has been an inspiration to many and would love to welcome all that would love to be there. It is hard to explain the pain that our family has been navigating through. The entire Lukavsky family wants to thank everyone that has been a part of Tim’s journey with ALS. We thank you all for the amazing love and support that we have received since his diagnosis. We all know that Tim is now pain-free and looking down upon us all with a big smile and saying, “Kumbaya”.
