Help Duncan on his road to recovery

Donation protected

Duncan Speirs recently suffered a major injury whilst playing the game all know and love. Duncan was hit on Friday resulting in 3 fractures to his leg along with ligament damage in his ankle, Duncan has since been seen by medical professionals and is scheduled for surgery early next week.

We have set up this GoFundMe page for both Duncan and his partner in order to help alleviate some financial stress during Duncan's recovery. The NIHL is a semi-professional league meaning that most players have full time jobs alongside playing hockey, and Duncan is no different. The injuries Duncan has suffered means that he will be unable to work his full-time job for an extended period of time resulting in a major loss of earnings for him and his family.

If you are able to donate, please do so as every donation no matter how big or small will go a huge way in supporting Duncan and his family!

We would like to wish our #38 a very speedy recovery and as a club we will do everything we can to support Duncan on his recovery.
