Help Dustin Raise Money For New Teeth

If you haven’t met Dustin Donnor before, then you’ve missed out. He is a great guy, life of the party, always helping others out, and generous with his time and resources. He is currently the deacon of the Info Desk at Bridgetown Church and has been involved with multiple non-profits over the past 10 years, through volunteering and work.

During 2020 Dustin lost his job working for a local non-profit due to layoffs during COVID and at the same time was officially diagnosed with diabetes. Due to complications from diabetes and an increased risk of infection, in the summer of 2023 he had to go in for surgery to have all his teeth removed. Fortunately the surgery was covered by health insurance but options to refill his mouth are expensive.

Enter the GoFundMe! We are looking to raise money for Dustin to help him get dental implants! Dental implants dramatically increase the chewing capacity and life quality of an individual over dentures but they are not covered by health insurance. Full implants cost between $30k and $50k and are financially out of reach at this time, especially given rising interest rates and job challenges during COVID. We are looking to try to raise enough money to help Dustin cover ½ implants, which would allow him to have implants on the bottom and dentures on the top. This mix would dramatically improve his chewing capacity over solely dentures and would be a huge blessing to his life.
