This is to kindly request you all to help Dwarakanath Srimattirumala (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) who has been recently diagnosed with Kidney/Renal Failure due to poorly controlled hypertension, solitary left kidney, and anemia associated with chronic renal failure. He was admitted at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, 9960, S 27th Street, Franklin, WI for 6 days for initial diagnosis (Dr Vinodkumar Shah – Primary care physician, [phone redacted]). During this time, he was identified that he has only ONE kidney by birth. He is currently on dialysis every alternate day at Davita Healthcare (Loomis Road, 4120 Loomis Road, Milwaukee, WI-53221, [phone redacted]) and will need to continue until his kidney transplantation. He got registered at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center Transplant Services (Milwaukee, WI 53215) for his kidney transplantation. This would cost him about $150,000 to $200,000. We request everyone to help on this cause. He is 49 years old and has wife and 2 kids (twins, 11 years) who depend on his sole income and support. We are all in shock and pray to god to give us the strength and support to overcome this and wish him a very speedy recovery.
