Help Dylan Boggs get through Kidney Failure

Dylan is a good friend of our family and is currently in stage 4 of kidney failure. Dylan was diagnosed as an insulin dependent diabetic at age 15. Now approaching 32 he is already seeing the damage diabetes has done to his body. His kidneys are failing him and functioning just above 20% of what they are supposed to. As most of you know the waiting list for transplants is extensive. In the mean time Dylan is doing everything he can to take care of his body by following a healthy diet and exercise regimen. Unfortunately as much as he is doing it is not helping him feel adequate enough to work most days. He wakes up sick and in pain. On top of all of this his insurance premiums just sky rocketed in price. We are looking for all resources to assist in his situation. He has applied for government assistance and Healthcare but has been told this can take months to get approved. We are asking for you to donate to help him with hospital bills, Co payments, insurance payments and everyday bills while he awaits a hopeful approval, and his hopeful transplant.
