Help Dylan get NEEDED medical equipment

Hello. My name is Rain and my son Dylan was in a car accident Christmas day. In the accident he was paralyzed from the neck down. He was in ICU for over 6 weeks and is now at Mary Free Bed. The cost of his ICU stay ate over $500,000 that he had for auto insurance. Currently he has medicaid but is in need of medical equipment so he can come home. He is 24 yrs old and will need a power wheelchair, a hospital type bed, a portable commode as well as a ramp to the residence he will be coming home too...and I'm sure much more. We are a working class family that basically lives paycheck to paycheck and do not have a reserve of funds for any of the stuff needed. So now I come to you asking...PLEASE help Dylan come home!
