Help Dylan Recover From Losing His Home

My friend Dylan and his partner Jazz lost their house and office in the Eaton wildfire yesterday. This was their first home, purchased recently, and now they face the unimaginable reality of losing everything while still being burdened with a significant mortgage on a property that no longer exists.

Dylan is one of the kindest, hardest working and most generous people I've had the joy of knowing and working with. I'm devastated for his loss, and want to help him get back on his feet.
