Support Dylan

As the heart of his family and friend groups, Dylan Wood, an actor, writer, and EMT (emergency medical technician) is always the one to offer his help, but never asks for it himself. So we’re asking for, not only your help, but your prayers and support on his behalf.
On November 21st, Dylan was involved in a hit and run early in the morning by a semi-truck, which, without attempting to swerve or slow down, drove over the top of his Honda Accord and fled the scene without calling for help.
Thankfully, witnesses called 911 and he remains in ICU where he is receiving treatment for multitudes of life altering injuries including traumatic brain injury, fractures to the skull, neck, and back, as well as internal injuries. He is currently in critical condition.
Dylan and his wife, Alexandra, married less than 2 years are facing the biggest challenge of their young lives. Having met on the set of a movie they were both cast in, they became fast friends, which then flourished into an unfaltering love. Recently, they jumped into their adventure with both feet by getting married during a pandemic and moving across the U.S. (from Idaho to Georgia) to pursue their dreams.
Having reached the peak of what Idaho had to offer, Dylan is pushing beyond his limits to, not only support his dream of acting and writing, but also support his wife’s dream of becoming a lawyer, where she is currently attending Mercer University Law School.
Dylan is nothing short of a go-getter and never slows down for a moment. As the main source of income for him and his wife, he can’t afford to slow down. Despite the hectic schedule and long days, he never wavers in his goals and upbeat spirit.
He has spent his entire life devoting his creative talent and artistic personality towards acting. His aspirations are ambitious, incredible, and inspiring. He is working on some amazing projects, writing feature length scripts, and acting every chance he gets.
Dylan is also a man of faith, and we know your prayers are helping. Dylan’s favorite Bible verses from Psalm 23:
“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”
With Dylan’s headstrong nature and unwavering faith, nothing will stop him from achieving his goals, which now rely on him recovering.
Despite the amazing group of people drawn to Dylan’s vivacious spirit who are trying to support him, we can’t do it alone, we need your help. We are asking all of you, not only for prayers but also, if you can, please donate, big or small, towards his medical bills and living expenses.
We want Dylan healthy again and to return to doing what he loves. We appreciate all the love and support you can send his way to make that happen.
Every bit counts and we greatly appreciate your help and well-wishes.
We all thank and appreciate you.
