Help Ease Amanda and Josh's Health Struggles

Hey Everyone!
My name is Nicole Meehan and I am reaching out for support from family, friends, and our community. My sister Amanda Meehan and her fiancé Josh (Cakes) Conover are facing some hard times. I am kindly asking for your support.
My sister Amanda, has faced many medical challenges over the last few years. In 2012, she was 80% burnt in a house fire. Since surviving the fire, she has faced many more medical issues. She was diagnosed with a mass on her brain, chronic migraines, heart issues, seizures, fibromyalgia and just two months ago, she was diagnosed with lupus and has many other health conditions, where she is constantly having to go back and forth to see many different doctors down in Pittsburgh.
On May 26, 2024, Amanda’s fiancé Josh, was working his 12 hr shift when he was unable to breathe correctly and had to be taken to the emergency room, where he had blood work, X-rays and CT Scans done. Josh’s test results came back that he has many Pulmonary Embolisms. He has many blood clots in both his right and left lungs and the whole bottom of his left lung is dead.
Josh worked 12 hr shifts to provide for his family but due to his medical condition, he is no longer able to work like Amanda can not. I am hoping with the support of family, friends and our community, we can help put their worries at ease. I am humbly asking for donations to help Josh and Amanda cover any financial relief their family needs during this difficult time they are facing.
Your kindness would mean the world to not only our family but to Josh and Amanda, as they have always helped those in need and could now use some financial help themselves.
I ask that you please keep Josh, Amanda and their two boys (Kasen and Presley) in your thoughts and prayers during these difficult times they face.
Thank you in advance for your help and support. It’s very much appreciated.
God Bless,
Nicole Meehan
