Help Ease Andy's Road to Recovery

Hello all, I’m starting this GoFundMe to help take some of the stress off of my husband Andy as he’s laying in a hospital bed recovering from a surgery to his left leg- and now an above knee amputation

Andy got injured Saturday, June 28th while out in the river with family and friends. He dislocated his knee and ended up damaging the artery that runs behind his knee, almost completely cutting it in half. He underwent an almost 12-hour surgery at Shock Trauma and has a VERY long road ahead of him for recovery. We aren’t sure how long the hospital stay is going to last, but we also know that the recovery time outside of here is going to be hard as well.

We are not people who like asking for help, and it’s extremely hard for both of us to do this, however, we don’t really have any other option right now as Andy is the main provider for our family and he can't do his daily work or food service work as of right now - so it’s going to be even harder on him.
