Help Ease Daily Struggles with a Lighter Wheelchair

I had a severe major brain bleed stroke March 6th.. currently I live with mom and dad who are 72 and 76, respectively. The wheelchair that I have is about 50 lbs and my dad has to take it outside put it in the car etc.. he has had one hernia since he has been transporting my chair for me. I'm trying to raise money to get a lighter wheelchair, something that can be used with greater ease for him, putting my wheelchair in the car and taking it out etc, because he has to do this multiple times a day for my therapy appointments etc.. any help that you can give would be appreciated.
