Help Ease Elizabeth's Treatment Challenges
Donation protected
Unfortunately we have to share news that our mom, Elizabeth Peckham, has been diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma, aka skin cancer. Typically this kind of cancer can be removed surgically. However, the location and size of it have complicated matters. Doctors have concluded that surgery is not an option and have put together a chemo and radiation plan.
This will put them traveling, each weekday, to Dallas for treatments for 5 weeks or longer is more treatment is needed. This also means that our stepdad will not be able to work during those 5 or so weeks she is undergoing treatments. We expect the length of time might depend on how well things go.
First and foremost we ask for your prayers. We believe in a mighty God, who, through our faith in Jesus Christ, moves mountains. So please be in prayer for healing and provision. Second, if you are able to contribute financially, even the smallest amount, we'd be grateful. This will help cover gas and bills while our stepdad is out of work.
Even just sharing this is helpful, as well. We know that God can and will speak to hearts and rally support. Thank you so much!
