Help Ease John's Journey Home

This post is extremely hard for me to do I'm sorry if I ramble...As many of you know my husband has not been well for awhile now and I have been asking for prayers. On April 22,24 he was told that he might have cancer. On May 6th, 24 , Our worst fear was confirmed the oncologist told us that he has stage 4 colon cancer! The cancer has spread to his liver and between his lungs. The oncologist was getting everything set up for him to have a port put in for chemo, but before that happened he started feeling bad and we noticed his one toe was looking dark colored.We took him to AGH and he was there for a few days then was transported to West Penn where they amputated his toe. He stayed in the hospital for a few days, then was released. A few days later he started feeling bad again so we took him back to WMC where he was diagnosed with double pneumonia, over the next few days thing just started to spiral down hill. He has Afib, congested heart failure, he is anemic, very low blood sugar and blood pressure, he is sepsis, he had a blockage in is good foot that caused his toes to become discolored. They are giving him blood now! So the doctors informed me this afternoon that there isn't anything more they can do. They are sending him home tomorrow with hospice. Could you please continue to pray for my family. Pray John remains comfortable until Jesus comes to walk him home!!
