Help Ease the Burden for Billy's Family

My name is Toni LaRocco and I created this GoFundMe on behalf of my family. It is with great sadness that I share the news of my brother William Allen's passing. Billy was just 49 years old and struggled with demons. He was truly loved and cared for by many people and he was taken too soon. Billy didn't have any kind of insurance, so the memorial costs will have to be covered by his family.
