Help Ease the Price's Medical Burden

Hi Kitsap community.

I am raising funds for a dear friend’s husband, Luke Price. My friend is Kyla Price. She’s a physical therapist who has been on FMLA off & on over the last year to care for her husband. They are a young couple who are surrounded with love by family, friends & church. However, we need that love & support to reach further into our community as they pay medical bills due to Luke having brain cancer. Please read on…

Luke is 28 years old and has been dealing with brain cancer for the last 11 years. He has gone through multiple chemotherapy treatments and has had 5 brain surgeries. Through all this, Luke was able to live a full and good life. He went to college at UW and was able to study abroad in England for a year. After graduation he moved to Bremerton and became a mechanical engineer at the Puget Sounds Naval Shipyard. Luke started going to Seaside Church in Bremerton where he met Kyla and got married in 2019. They continue going to Seaside Church, a bike ride away from their home. Recently his cancer has progressed and has now metastisized to his spine causing him a lot of pain and difficulties. Through everything his friends, family, and church have been a huge support. Luke's prayer during this time is to better rely on God and not himself through his cancer.
