Help Ebony cover school costs

On September 4th, my child, Ebony, was tripped by her bully. Tired, frustrated and mad, my 11yo daughter took off after the bully; chasing her down. Ebony happened to have school scissors in her hand as she chased the other student. Ebony was suspended that day and what she told me broke my heart when I asked her what happened. She stated that no one would listen to her. That she's tired of being bullied by the student. On September 7th, Ebony and I were asked to come back to her school for a meeting. As we entered the school, Ebony was immediately detained by the police. My 11yo daughter was being sent to jail! I was in a state of shock. Ebony ended up being jailed FOR 4 days and held without release. Ebony has never had any criminal charges, or behavioral issues. They released Ebony on house arrest... Clark County School District and Clark County Family Court have labeled my daughter as "a danger to society” for protecting herself! Meanwhile, my child has emotional scars that will take years to heal, and they don't care. All they see is another Black girl who's being judge by her emotional state than her character. The leadership at this school has damaged my child. They damage children! They don’t love nor care about your children. Especially if the children are Black or Special Needs. I am currently working with local public school advocates, Nevada Women's March, Black Lives Matter organizers, Advancement Project, PLAN Action with support from lawyers, social workers, my community and even my social media followers to help fight for justice for Ebony.
