Stephane Pourrez, owner and head pastry chef brings his French creations from Paris to New York City.
Inspired by pastry from the age of 16, i was educated at the world-renowned Ferrandi, the French School of
Culinary Arts, as well as being trained by some of the best chefs in Paris.
After two years working in a French bakery in New York,
I took the big leap and decided to open Eclair bakery in Midtown in 2013.
It was a childhood dream!
Driven by integrity and passion, I have been working in constant pursuit of perfection to treat his customers and offer
pastry lovers an unparalleled culinary experience.
After just a year of a new renovation, I had to close for 7 weeks, due to COVID -19
Thanks to my team, and all the support from our customers, and all the effort we made to reopen the bakery on may 5th
2020.
It is a really hard time I am facing right now, to keep the bakery open-end serve the neighborhood for many many years, I
need some help.
