Help Eddie with final plans and medical expenses

Hi, I'm Olivia. I'm honestly not even sure how or where to start. 2 months ago my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 upper gi cancer with very little to no warning. He'd lost some weight over a few months and ended up in the emergency room of our local hospital because he couldn't swallow and that was the worst night of our lives!! To see this vibrant, hard working, loving guy go to end stage cancer 9 days before Christmas, overnight was and is still heart wrenching.

How do we go at 49 and 52 years old with lots of time to plan for the future to, how are we going to do this? We have no savings, everything we had we put into a down payment on a mobile home back in April of 23 to give one of our granddaughters a bedroom. All that to find out 8 months later Eddie has this deadly disease with no hope for a cure and no savings to take care of what needs to happen with a mountain of debt that we'd worked so hard to establish.

Where do we go next? To know him is to love him! His sense of humor is amazing and loves to talk about his past and work. He can always keep you talking about current projects and past jobs and friends he misses spending time with since moving to Maine back in 2013.
