Help Edina Rebuild Her Life After Tragedy

On the night of January 16, 2025, our friend Edina Laksz was assaulted and stabbed 26 times in a heinous act of domestic violence.

After two weeks of hanging on to life in critical care, Edina miraculously survived and is making remarkable progress in her journey to recovery. However, after this terrible incident, Edina can not work, find a new living situation, or cover her vast medical expenses. She is currently living with us as she prepares for the next step in her journey.

Edina will be moving back to Hungary to be with her mother and sister as she looks to start her life over. Without a permanent housing situation or employment lined up, she will need help to get back on her feet. We, the Csiki family, are setting up this GoFundMe to assist her in this next chapter of her life. We graciously ask that you donate with us.
