Help Edther Return to the Soccer Field

Donation protected
On July 5th, 10 year old Edther was the victim of a firework explosion leaving him with severe injury to his left hand and internal organ damage.

He and his 12 year old brother were coming back from playing soccer when they found an undetonated firework, or so they thought. Turns out it was a homemade bomb which exploded in Edther's hand causing significant trauma to his hand and stomach.

Edther had surgery all day on July 7th to repair his intestines and hand and thank God is expected to survive. He is recovering in the ICU but he has many bruises, burns, and serious wounds from the explosion and shrapnel.

His mom Cynthia and dad Elias are with him at his bedside day and night at the hospital and his mom had to quit her job to care for him.

Edther is strong and he is fighting his hardest but he really needs your prayers, support, love, and if possible, your financial support.

Please help Edther get back to being a kid and doing what he loves most- playing soccer. He will need a lot of medical care now and in the months and years to come.

Edther would be so encouraged and strengthened if you would share you and your kid’s well wishes so they can be read to him while he recovers.

Please donate to help Edther come back stronger.

Thank you and God Bless You
