Help Egidio Get His Health Back

My name is Egidio Sponza, I am 71 years old and retired, happily married to Cristina. Due to the more affordable living conditions I moved to Mexico after 37 years living and raising a family in the United States.
On July 28th I was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in the head of the pancreas, the size of the tumor is small but it can grow and spread in short time. This situation can be remedied with an immediate operation to remove the tumor and reconstruct some part of the digestive system. I have spent almost all my savings to arrive at the current final diagnosis plus an Endoscopy surgery to repair the bile duct which was obstructed by the tumor.
Mexico City's public hospitals are not taking new patients due to Covid-19, which is why I am going to a private hospital, which my insurance does not cover. I am in need to get additional critical funds for the costly operation and the hospital stay of 6 to 7 days in Mexico City.
I have received incredible moral support from friends and family which is very important in this kind of situation, but if you can help me to cover those high medical expenses, I will appreciate it very much. Thank you!

Mi nombre es Egidio Sponza, tengo 71 años y estoy jubilado y feliz de estar casado con Cristina. Dadas las condiciones de vida más accesibles me cambie a México después de 37 años de vivir y criar una familia en Estados Unidos.
El 28 de Julio me diagnosticaron con un tumor canceroso en la cabeza del páncreas, su tamaño es pequeño pero puede crecer y expandirse rápido en corto tiempo. Esta situación puede ser remediada con una operación inmediata para extraer ese tumor y reconstruir parte del sistema digestivo. Ya he gastado casi todos mis ahorros para llegar al diagnostico final que incluyo una cirugía endoscópica para reparar el ducto de bilis que estaba obstruido por el tumor. Los hospitales públicos están saturados por razón del Covid-19, por lo que voy a un hospital privado que mi seguro no cubre. Estoy necesitando fondos críticos para el costo alto de la operación y la estancia en el hospital de 6 a 7 días en la ciudad de México.
