Help Elena Heal from Accident and Dialysis Care

I'm the aunt of Elena, who is undergoing dialysis every day for more than a year  and on August 19,2024, she had an accident that resulted in her collarbone being broken. Please help me to assist my niece and sister. I know my sister is having a hard time with the medical expenses for Elena's recovery. Additionally, my sister is currently unemployed because she is the one caking care of my niece.
