Help Eli Achieve His Greatest Potential

Donation protected
Little Eli is our miracle boy. The fact that I’m even getting to start a GoFundMe for him feels like a dream. He was given a terminal diagnosis before birth, and we were having to face every parent's worst nightmare. Little Eli’s brain didn’t develop like it was supposed to, and it wouldn't be able to support life.

After months on hospice, multiple doctor appointments, MRIs, and many prayers, we were told by Eli’s neurologist to take him off hospice and switch from preparing to say goodbye to our boy and start preparing to raise a child with disabilities. She can’t explain what happened or how he is doing as well as he is, but it’s now our privilege to help Eli achieve his greatest potential.

He is the youngest of 5 boys, and over the past 2 years, we have poured every ounce of money we have into helping him. His potential is limited, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t want to learn. It’s just harder for him and requires more expertise than what we have. He craves mobility and is so eager to learn. We’ve reached the point where he needs more than just a regular stroller or toys. He now has grown to a point where he requires strollers for older children, mobility aids, seating support, intensive therapies, and house modifications to help him in his learning path.

As parents, it’s our goal to spend 18 years of our child’s life preparing them to leave us and give them the necessary tools they need to be successful. With Eli, our goal is to help him achieve his greatest potential so that when his dad and I leave this earth, he is able to care for himself as much as possible. We are happy to spend the rest of our lives caring for him, but we will eventually leave, and he will be left with only the skills we have been able to provide him with.

Because we have already given him everything we have, we are now reaching out to others in an effort to continue his development.

Follow along on his journey @griffithsboys and watch the success he find because of your generosity!
