Help Eliza win Iced Cube back

Eliza Garza is a 50% managing member of Iced Cube. Eliza started her snow cone business, Beachside Snow Cones, in the middle of the 2020 pandemic at SPI. She entered into 50/50 partnership with Margret De Bruyn and took over Iced Cube Edinburg in November of 2020 and the Iced Cube franchise in March 2021. They went on to open Iced Cube Palmhurst, Iced Cube McAllen, Iced Cube Event Truck, mangonada business, and ice business.

Eliza's role was all things operations, the hands and feet of Iced Cube, and built store after store from the ground up. Eliza was the builder and Margret was the dollars. Eliza was in charge of operations and Margret was in charge of all things finances and administration.

Now that they have finalized their FDD ( Franchise Disclosure Document) and are set to sell franchises nationwide, Margret De Bruyn has demonstrated consistent retaliatory behavior kicking Eliza out of their corporate office and boxing her things up only to dump them in the Events inventory room (there is a paper trail to prove this), weaponized her 50% ownership of Iced Cube by shutting down Iced Cube businesses that are vital to Eliza and their employees' livelihood.

Eliza did not get paid during the course of building the businesses. The promise was to receive pay once franchises started selling. Eliza's thoughts were sacrifice now and celebrate later, so she did not have a problem with it. However, now that the franchises are ready to sell and there are inquires in from all over the U.S., now that big money is on the table, noooww Margret decides Eliza isn't doing her part and says that Eliza is lazy and businesses need to shut down because they are not making any money, yet she continued to remodel McAllen to prepare for the unveiling on the 15th of October. Her intention is to shut down their businesses so she can dissolve their partnership and start again on her own as 100% owner so she can reap all the profits.

Eliza's general livelihood and the livelihood of Iced Cube staff is at stake. Margret is a detriment to the business with her caniving, manipulative, and retaliatory behavior.

Please help Eliza raise funds for legal representation in order to help receive justice for her 50% share of the business, and to help Eliza attain justice for her employees that Margret discarded so easily as if they are disposable. She gave the employees no warning that she was going to shut down the stores and remove their jobs in an instant. Employees were seen crying and one even had a panic attack. Margret is a bully and she needs to be stopped. Eliza has exhausted her financial cushion after going without pay for a year while building these businesses and Margret is aware of this.
