Our dear Elizabeth, who has been a cherished member of the Nicola Restaurant family for the past 4 years, is facing an unimaginable hardship, and we are reaching out to you for support.

On Monday, January 13th, 2025, Elizabeth’s home in Columbus was tragically consumed by a devastating fire. While we are incredibly grateful that she was able to escape unharmed, the loss is overwhelming. Elizabeth lost everything—her home, her belongings, and most heartbreakingly, her beloved pets.

This tragedy comes just as Elizabeth was beginning to recover from a recent surgery. She had been working hard to regain her strength, and now, she is facing the added emotional and physical strain of losing everything she’s known.

Elizabeth is the heart and soul of our team. Her warmth, kindness, and radiant smile light up every room she enters. She's been a constant source of positivity and love, not just to her colleagues, but to every customer she’s served. Now, it's our turn to support her during this incredibly difficult time.
