Help Ella get her diabetes alert dog!

As many of you know, Ella was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in February 2022. After losing her dad to cancer in July of 2021, she has been on an emotional roller coaster to say the least. We decided that having a dog for a companion AND a way to alert us to blood sugar drops would be an amazing way to help her cope. We have already met the dog that she will get and her name is Holly. She is a sweet black poodle. We have partnered with a training facility located in College Station and Holly can be ready as soon as early summer.
