Hi, I am Cassie and I am organizing this GoFundMe for my dear friend Ellen and her partner Eva. Wednesday (Jan 12th, 2022) morning Ellen got home from working her night shift and upon her arrival discovered their home was on fire. They had their cat Pypper and her recently born kitties along with their 2 young dogs, Thunder and Moses whom they both loved so dearly, inside the home. Ellen tried to enter the house to rescue her beloved animals but the fire was just too intense and she immediately called the fire department. Once the fire rescue arrived they began putting out the fire but were unsuccessful in being able to enter the home and make any rescue attempt for the animals. Needless to say they are heartbroken and devastated about losing their beloved pets. As for the home, nothing is salvageable. They have lost everything. With no insurance to help replace belongings or even provide a roof over their heads, they need our help and they need it now. Please reach deep and give anything you can spare, no gift is too small as it will all add up and provide them with the means of trying to push forward after this devastating event.
