Help Ellis Pay for Testosterone and Top Surgery

My name is Ellis, and I am a trans man in my mid 20s.

I am raising money to pay for private healthcare treatment so I can go on testosterone and pay for top surgery,

Its going to be a long road.. I decided to try and go private after being told that it will take 5 years until I can even get my first appointment with an NHS Gender Clinic. As it is affecting my mental health so much, I just can't wait that long.

I have lived in a body which does not feel my own for 25 years, and the thought of waiting another 5 years in misery is more than I can cope with. I hope to raise enough funds to get my first assessment with the London Transgender Clinic, so that I can begin hormone therapy in the next year or so.

Going on testosterone would greatly help alleviate my dysphoria, and would help improve my mental health.

But these things are expensive...

it can be roughly £350 just for the initial assessment

then £50 per month on top of that for testosterone

and if I ever want to get Top Surgery... I will need to raise at least £6000.

This is why I am asking you for help. I am a recent graduate and living with disability and chronic pain, which means I cannot work at the moment. Even in a full time job it would take many years to raise the money for my healthcare treatment.

Even the smallest donation is greatly appreciated and will help me on my journey to live a happy and authentic life. I don't want to hide anymore... and I need your help.
