We are reaching out with a heartfelt plea for help for our dear friend’s mother, Elsie Mora, who is courageously battling breast cancer that has now metastasized to her liver. Elsie is a remarkable woman who has dedicated her entire life to helping others. As a social worker, she has touched countless lives with her kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication to those in need.

Elsie's journey in social work began over three decades ago. Throughout her career, she has worked tirelessly to support individuals and families through their most challenging times, providing them with the resources and emotional support they needed to rebuild their lives. Her selflessness and commitment have left an indelible mark on our community, and now it is our turn to give back to her.

Recently, Elsie retired, hoping to enjoy her golden years surrounded by loved ones. Unfortunately, life had other plans. She was diagnosed with breast cancer, and despite her strength and determination, the cancer has now spread to her liver. This diagnosis has been a devastating blow, but Elsie remains hopeful and determined to fight this battle with the same strength and resilience she has shown throughout her life.

Cancer treatment is both physically and financially draining. While Elsie has always been the first to offer a helping hand to others, she now finds herself in need of support.
