Help Emily get her smile back
Donation protected
Hello there everyone! As many of you already know, my sister, Emily has been struggling with Epilepsy for almost 6 years now. Over the last 6 years, Emily has lost so much. She lost a lot of her memory, both short and long term, she can no longer drive or work, which is the hardest for her since she graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in social work just one year before this all started. Over the years, the seizures have taken a toll on her teeth. Some have completely fallen out, others are cracked, and some have to be extracted. Emily doesn’t smile anymore like she used to. She is so mortified of the current condition of her teeth; she tries everything for people to avoid seeing them. In May Emily had to have 4 brain surgery to have a device placed on her brain to try and help control the seizures. In order for them to do this they had to completely shave her head. I saw how much it completely wore her down and overwhelmed her. I thought if I could raise some of the money to help cover a part of the very expensive dental work she needs done, it might help her see the light at the end of the tunnel. I just miss my sister’s smile and I want to see it again! Even if you can’t donate, please share! Thank you all!
