Help EMT Nick Byrne Get A New Heart

Hello everyone, I am updating everyone on Nick’s condition. Nicholas Byrne is a 30 year old EMT with Ewing Township EMS. He has been working towards recovery from sudden heart failure. He has had procedures and medication without any success. His current situation is as follows. He needs a new heart due to permanent damage caused by his advanced heart failure. He will be getting an internal defibrillator implanted should his heart go into an arrhythmia or stop. He is also scheduled to meet with the heart transplant team at Beth Israel Newark.
