Good afternoon Encino Oaks owners! I’m starting this donation page to gather funds for an attorney. Myself and other owners thought this is the best idea, especially after experiencing what happened at the last court date :(

We have so much motivation and have done so much in the last few months, let’s keep it up! And have the proper representation so that our voice can be heard and the judge is not lied to. Please help if you can! If you care about your investment or want the HOA fee to go down, then please participate! Anything helps!
